Our Questionnaire
Start your journey with us by filling out our questionnaire designed to customize your travel experience:
• Tell us about your travel group, including the number of people, their ages, interests, and any other details you believe are important for us to personalize our recommendations.
• Share the duration of your trip and your budget to help us plan accordingly.
• Describe your perfect day on this trip.
• Let us know if you have been to Greece before, when you visited, and what you did. If not, inform us about your past travel experiences abroad.
• Mention any specific places or activities you would like to include, whether it is exploring the Acropolis or enjoying a sunset by the Mediterranean Sea.
The Process
Personalized Suggestions – Based on your answers, we will curate tailored travel suggestions just for you.
First Consultation (Zoom Meeting) – We’ll arrange a video call to present our ideas, discuss options, and refine the plan based on your feedback.
Time to Explore & Decide – After our meeting, you’ll have time to review the suggestions and decide which itinerary suits you best.
Detailed Planning Meeting – Once you choose your preferred destination and travel plan, we’ll meet again to discuss accommodations, transportation, and activities in detail. Following this, you’ll receive a customized itinerary, including hotel options, travel arrangements, and activity recommendations. This completes our Basic Package.
Premium Package Extras – For those who opt for the Premium Package, we’ll have an additional meeting to fine-tune every detail of your trip based on your preferences. After finalizing the itinerary, we take care of all the bookings for you. Before your journey begins, we’ll meet one last time to go over the final reservations, ensuring everything is set for a stress-free experience.
